What a great experience it was to buy a car from Brad Paris at BMW of Rochester Hills. While other dealerships paid no attention to us as we looked at different models, BMW sprung into action as soon as we stepped through the door. Brad welcomed us warmly and proceeded to help me to make the right purchase decision. From that point on, everything went smoothly and I ended up with a 535xi BMW....great car.

I am so thrilled that I came up to BMW of Rochester Hills after a disappointing experience at my more local BMW dealership. Brad Paris took the time to listen to what I was interested in, to understand my needs and constraints -- and offered me several options. He patiently let me consider my options, and shop around -- and then offered me a deal that I could not turn down. Tonya was able to get us the exact BMW X3 that we wanted. We didn't have to compromise on any of the features. She explained everything in quick and concise manner. All our questions were answered satisfactorily. Tonya and Matthew provided us with excellent service. I would recommend seeing her for test driving a BMW car.

Enjoyed purchasing a car from Jason. Did an exceptional job from start to finish, and made the buying process very easy. This is my second time buying a BMW from Erick Grabruck and Rochester BMW and I could not be happier! The sales department as well as the service department is top notch! (I've had all my service for the first BMW done here!) Erick is so easy to deal with and makes the whole buying experience stress free. He spends all the time necessary showing me all the new features on these cars and it is obvious he really wants me to.love my purchase- and I do!! Thanks again Erick!

Erick Grabruck did a great job handling my purchase. The appropriate amount of attention, both for the initial drive, as well as the final pickup. Not pushy, no BS, just the straight facts on the car. Erick spent as much time as I needed to be familiar with the car during the pickup; complete understanding and explanation of the many features of the car, including the iDrive functions.
