I stopped into the lot just to look around and I ended up finding a used 2011 BMW 335xi M sport coupe that met all of my needs. Sporty, xdrive, coupe! David greeted me with a smile and i couldnt be happier with the service and hospitality I received at BMW of Rochester. David made the process simple, quick, and easy. And by the end of the week when I was ready to pick it up I was driving home in my new BMW. Thanks David I appreciate all of your help!

Being a first time BMW shopper, I was new to many of the BMW models. As a result, I test drove several vehicles before landing on the right one. My salesperson, Tonya Murray was knowledgeable about each vehicle and very patient during the test drive process. Tonya worked with the dealership to ensure my specific needs were met, and I am glad to say I am driving a new BMW. Tonya was the right blend of friendly yet professional, I would recommend working with her on your BMW purchase.

On Sunday I was searching the Internet and found the exact car I was looking for. I called BMW of Rochester Hills and they passed me to Erick Grabruck. Erick was great. I drove away with my dream car On Monday. Great Job Erick!!!

I bought my first brand new car in 1974, and I have plenty experience with automobile purchases. Jason Anderegg made this purchase the most pleasant and comfortable by far! I finally didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride. I felt confidence and trust from Jason and the entire staff. They were easy and great to work with. Jason took care of everything personally. They really make you feel pampered on top of it all.

Brad greeted us at the main door after we parked our Smart car. We presented our request to look for a BMW that would serve as our new car.. We had planned to downsize from two to one car. Our needs would be a four door vehicle with good fuel economy. After reviewing several choices, Brad asked us to go with him. He wanted to show us a pre-owned vehicle on the lot.
