this is my fourth BMW from this dealership .. the salesman was excellent in explaining the vehicle features and tried his best to get the interior and exterior color that I wanted.
Dave helped me with my second BMW vehicle. I ended up with a hybrid X5 e drive Msports vehicle. Excellent choice and he made the vehicle transition so easy. His car instruction was,amazing and thorough. I am very happy with my service and assistance I received with setting me up with my new very cool ride!
I just purchased what is now my fourth BMW from RH and my third from Richard Bell. This guy knows his products!! My first experience (x5) was a pleasure both at the sales and service level, Richard wisely understood that I wanted power and tact with my next purchase (x6m) and I gratefully enjoy every minute I'm in it! Working with Jason and BMW of Rochester Hills has been excellent and customer satisfaction is their #1 priority. Jason has been a knowledge-base of information and made the purchase of a 328D xDrive seamless and painless - I was in and out driving the car. The only critique I have was that it would have been nice to have the car washed prior to getting it but this is by no means a deal breaker since I wanted to pick up the car much earlier than scheduled (11AM vs 6PM scheduled time). Excellent customer service from our client advisor and the sales manager. Excellent follow up on all issues, vehicle delivery was timely and vehicle preparation was outstanding. Client advisor was very adept at identifying our needs, came up with a package that we are happy with and we feel is economically very competitive. Both the the client advisor and sales manager exceeded our expectations regarding their service and assistance.
Everyone at this dealership was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Concerned, dedicated and knowledgeable and all had a very pleasant attitude. They take customer service to the next level. They make you feel a part of their "family".
I purchased my BMW from Dave and Matthew at BMW of Rochester Hills after getting my previous three from sighed local dealership and it was by far the most amazing experience. Their knowledge, personal attention, and professionalism is unrivaled. I have sent six friends to them who have all had the same opinion. I cannot imagine a sales team performing better. They have set a new standard for me and will always work with them in the future.
