Everyone at the dealership was incredibly friendly and attentive; not at all pretentious or snobby. All of the salespeople and staff said hello and tried to tend to our needs. I purchased a new vehicle from Brad Paris. He answered all of my questions and was honest and genuine. He would go above and beyond what is expected to find answers to questions if he didn't know them off the top of his head, and did not place pressure on making decisions quickly if there was any hesitation. He tried to give as many options as possible to increase the flexibility of our choices. He was open about the bottom lines and easy to negotiate with. Overall, an extremely pleasant experience.
We showed up to the dealership to buy an X3 on a Friday afternoon and were able to leave with our vehicle in a few hours well before closing time.
