My experience with BMW of Rochester Hills has been wonderful each time I have been there. As I was deciding on the specifics of my car, I went back to just sit in the different models and actually see the different interiors and exterior colors. We stopped in late on a Saturday afternoon to browse the lot as our current lease was expiring on my Cadillac. We were not aware the dealership was open and were greeted by a friendly knowledgeable salesman, Frank Sandomierski. I'm normally not a fan of lengthy car dealership visits but the Roch Hills BMW was clean, friendly and a accommodated my needs well. Tonya was pleasant to work with and got things done in an efficient manner.
The negotiations with Erick were conducted efficiently without game playing, but done fairly. Delivery of the car was as promised. I appreciated the efficiency with which the dealership did the financing and explaining of the car's features. This was a pleasurable experience.
We met David Griffin for the first time when we visited Rochester BMW after first stopping at the nearby Mercedes Benz dealership. David was so honest, precise and explained to us the pros and cons of buying a 2016 vs 2017. Showed us the right SUV model and color that my wife wanted. Took her for a test drive with calm explanations of the different functions of the car instruments.
