We picked up our first BMW (X3) recently. The service before the sale was great. It got better even after the sale. Brad helped up to build the vehicle and explained the functionalities in great detail. I highly recommend this dealership and the service of Brad Paris.
I just picked up my fifth BMW, but the first time with Rochester Hills BMW. Evidently, the dealer close to my home that I had purchased other cars through didn't value my business... but Richard Bell and RH BMW certainly did. I shared with him what I was looking for and he came up with a very fair price for the exact car I wanted, plus made the process extremely easy to work through. He is very prompt and professional. Make the drive over!

Top notch experience, what you would expect when buying a premium vehicle. They had the only vehicle of its type in the Midwest and it was still a marvelous experience.
David was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicles I was interested in. He also knew his BMW engineering very well. This was not a high pressure purchase and the car sold itself, he allowed that to happen. I am happy with my purchase and it was exactly the car I wanted.
My wife and I have purchased a number of BMWs through the years. In the past two years we have purchased a 650i and a 335i and in both instances we chose to do business with Richard Bell. Richard has a wealth of product knowledge and he has offered his assistance after the sale on many occasions. We will purchase our next car from him.

I have purchased a number of German cars and a few BMWs via other dealer in Detroit area. The service at RH BMW so far has been outstanding. The product knowledge and customer service by Richard Bell is the best I have encountered. He has made a somewhat complicated purchase (due to my side) very customer friendly. I would recommend BMW of RH and Richard to anyone interested in.BMW or competitor vehicle.
