Johathan Griffin was the person I worked with for my explanation of 'things technical' and how they work together for the X1. Personable, knowledgeable and can talk to you on a simpler base level and as well get very technical if you desire. Seems to care that your BMW experience is GREAT.
Jonathan was extremely professional and the BMW functionality information he shared was priceless. My wife has mentioned many times how safe she feels in our 535D BMW.

When buying a premium car I expect the folks I'm dealing with to be professional - and that's the best way I can describe Jason. Jason made my purchase a very nice experience.
