Even though the show room is under renovation the place is clean, modern and friendly. I live out of state,2 1/2 hours away. I checked out other closer dealerships and liked this on best. No hassles. I thought my deal was fair.

Tonya Murray and her sales manager, Matthew, were absolutely amazing to deal with. BMW of Rochester Hills could not come more highly recommended! I have had both Audis and Mercedes Benz, and they don't come close to the level of customer service that BMW of Rochester Hills has.

I purchased my first new car from Richard and had an exceptional purchase experience. My wife, who's purchased many new cars, acknowledged that Richard sets the car buying standard and has been great to work with from test drive to after delivery. Richard has always remained available to answer any questions that we've had and the utilization of the technology once we left the lot. We look forward to purchasing another vehicle from Richard in a few years .

Brad and Matt was able to get us a great deal on a new BMW I3! The best part was how informative and knowledgeable he was about the car. He spent a lot time with us answering all of our questions! When we picked up the car, he spent even more time showing all the cool features. I love the car and the dealership really helped us decide. We are really glad we bought this car and really happy about getting it at this dealership with the help of Brad! Thank you very much!

I live over 3 hours and a state line away and Dave certainly made it worth it. He was very easy to get a hold of if I had any questions and very prompt to respond if he couldn't be reached right away. He kept me 100% informed the entire process so when I finally arrived to see the vehicle we were all on the same page. The price I paid for the vehicle and what they gave for me for a trade-in was very fair. If ever I have a family member or friend in the market for a BMW I will recommend they look here first. Very positive experience through out the 2 weeks or so we've dealt with a few dealership visits and a number of phone calls. We worked with Frank Sands for our 2013 BMW X3. Frank is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. His sense of humor helped immensely during the negotiations phase as well as after the purchase. I would be glad to recommend this dealership to my friends and would certainly encourage them to work with Frank Sands.

Our sales transaction covered a period of two and a half weeks with several showroom visits and numerous phone calls. We came in looking at on model and purchased another. A no time during this process did Dave give us any other than Professional, Informative and Friendly service. We felt then an now he is there for us. We recommend to friends and family that he should be where they start their auto shopping process.

i gave them five star rating because of the five star service. Sammi Naoum, our sales associate is helpful, prompt, friendly and efficient. Wife and I work full time and very long hours, but Sammi pulled some strings so that we could get the car delivery on a Saturday, which is not routine. He also had the car serviced that we were returning to the dealer ship. the price was exceptional too for the 535i x series that we bought from BMW of Rochester Hills.
