Excellent customer service, very quick to respond to all questions, did not pressure me to buy it immediately, even though they were giving me a great deal on a 2015.
David Griffin definitely made my car buying experience more calm and relaxing. I would normally have been on edge and jumpy, but David made it fun and easy. It was a pleasure dealing with him and all the terrific employees at BMW of Rochester Hills.
I worked with Brad Paris on ordering a 228i xDrive Coupe. Was hassle free and the car arrived quicker than expected. Overall a really good experience, this is my first BMW. I would recommend Brad and BMW of Rochester Hills to my family and friends.
I visited BMW last week for test drive, met David Griffin, we didnot go to different car dealer after that. This is my first BMW, enjoying the new car. Very pleasant experience with Mr. Griffin. He is very friendly, courteous and professional!!!
Even with construction going on, they were focused. They took time to go through everything. Car is great and buying experience was pleasant. Sales, finance, management were all helpful.
I had a fantastic experience buying my new car at the BMW of Rochester Hills, thanks to Brad Paris. Brad made my upgrade process fast, efficient and easy. I was so looking forward to getting back into a BMW. So one day i just picked up the phone and called BMW of Rochester. Long story short... Dave picked up the phone and from my first word to his last word... i knew right then i wanted Dave to sell me a car. He was very professional...very courteous.... and very helpful on getting me back into one. He for sure knows what he is talking about. So kudos to Dave for putting me back into what i have been missing.... A new BMW!!
I visited the BMW dealership about 5 days ago and it changed my life. After visiting the local Mercedes dealership with very little acknowledgment, it was refreshing to be greeted by a team that was willing to help. Mr. David Griffin was a breath of fresh air from beginning to end. Even after the sale, he continued to reassure me that he is available at anytime to assist me in anyway.
