Brad was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, clearly answered all our questions, and listened to our concerns. After talking to Brad we were sold on dealership and BMW.
Richard picked me up at home and drove me to the dealership where he provided a thorough orientation to my new X3. He has answered a few follow questions by text and has made arrangements for his technical support person to come over this week for another lesson.

Eric was Patience with me, I think I drove every car on the lot. I took another 2 month to make a decision. He was great, as he had been with my last lease.
It was a fantastic experience. Mr. Brad Paris was very friendly and professional, explained me car features in very detailed and offered me the best deal, The show room was huge, nice and very modern.
My wife and I were thinking of buying a new vehicle in the spring. On a lark we stopped in at Rochester BMW and met Brad Paris. We've been GM all the way to this point in our lives so looking at BMW was a streatch for us. I have to say, though we looked at more cars after meeting Brad, we ended up coming back due in large part to our confort dealing with Brad. My initial call was from Maryanne who was a pleasure to talk with. She invited me in to view the 328i I was interested in and told me to ask for Frank. I met Frank and he was the nicest person. Maybe I should correct myself. Frank is a super guy. I use to be in sales and I would always say people don't like to be sold, they like to make a buying decision and that is what Frank helped me do with no pressure.
