This was the second time I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle from BMW of Rochester Hills and dealing with Erick Grabruck. Even though I did not schedule the test drive with Erick, he remembered me from 2009 when I purchased a 530 station wagon - Erick took care of me! I will not hesitate to work with Erick and BMW of Rochester Hills again.
Brad was quick to the point but still kind enough to make the car buying experience pleasurable. I think I got a fair deal and Brad always quickly assisted with any of my post-purchase questions.
After visiting a number of other dealerships from different brands, I was very glad that I stopped by BMW of Rochester Hills. When I first showed up I was greeted by Jason Anderegg who was very friendly and he immediately put me at ease, we went over what I needed and he gave me plenty of choices, he was very patient with me while I tested out a number of different cars to find the perfect one for me.
Returning customer at Rochester Hills. Worked with Brad Paris. Very efficient in quickly identifying the exact car I wanted with the specs and then worked an awesome deal. The closing process for returning the old car and picking up the new one and all the paperwork was made seamless and was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommended.
