Purchasing my used car from BMW of Rochester Hills was an experience that lived up to all of my expectations. First off, I did not buy a BMW, but rather a 2010 Cadillac SRX that was on the used lot. Because it was a BMW dealership I felt that any car they sold would be of high quality. I was right! Richard was very helpful throughout the whole buying experience. He answered all the questions and made sure he found the right vehicle for me. He has also been available for questions and assistance after the sale was complete. He is always available for support via text message or phone. I strongly recommend the dealer and Richard.
