We came to BMW of Rochester Hills to find a good family suv for towing. Sales advisor Erick Grabruck helped us find the perfect X5 diesel to do exactly what we needed. He went above and beyond to get it prepped and ready for delivery.
This is my wife and I second BMW from this dealership. First car we leased was from Carson and felt with Matthew the sales manager who was great. This time around we had the pleasure of dealing with Frank who was fantastic. We were also happy that Matthew had remembered us from 3 years back like it was yesterday that we got our first BMW. The whole team there was super friendly and would recommend to anyone. My wife and I will be back in the future for our next car.
Brad was an awesome sales person. This is my 3rd BMW. The first two were leased from another dealer. I decided to switch. I am so glad I did. Brad and the entire staff were welcoming. I recently leased a 2015 BMW 328i from this dealership and thought they did a great job. It was quick, easy and cheap (relatively speaking for a BMW of course). I was able to get a great deal on a car that had nearly every item on my "want" list. Brad Paris was especially helpful, and even gave my wife flowers at the end! Maryanne was quick to respond to my request for more information, and Matthew was pleasant to work with as well. I'll definitely look to them again when my lease is up and I need to find another car.
My first interaction was through email as I saw an online offer for a new 2015 BMW. I was directed to Richard Bell who is knowledgeable and a first class agent. I have no intentions on ever buying a different car and I intend to always return to Richard. He is personable, courteous, and has a great mannerism about him. The other staff at the dealership was helpful to the max and very accommodating. Thanks for the opportunity.
I would have to say the sales experience with Brad was absolutely terrific. Brad took the time to show me the inventory that he knew I would be interested in. This is the second car I have gotten thru Brad. He listened well and answered all my questions. He delivered the ultimate in customer service and satisfaction. I would recommend him highly to others.
