Don King was great to work with. My only complaint that I have is is that when you walk in there are way to many people waiting to help you and sale you a car. I know their salary relies on it but maybe give the customers a little "breathing room."
Don was a pleasure to work with. He is very enthusiastic about BMW autos and loves what he does. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and spent a lot of time showing me how to use the features.
My experience at Chapman BMW was exceptional. The salesman, Alexander Smith, was very knowledgable about the car I was interested in. He explained all the options of financing between the new and used vehicles. All the financing was fast and efficient. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me.

Fortunately, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. I have nothing to add except that I was satisfied. I am not happy that I had to write a minimum number of words for this review. It seems to be a waste of my time to have to do so. So, the purchase was satisfactory and the review annoying.
I've developed a good relationship with Chapman BMW as this is the 3rd car I've leased from this dealership. I've always been taken well care of. I felt it was a bit rushed last night as we just stopped in to check on a few things and found out about the special promotion regarding as ear;y return of my 2008 BMW. Nobody called us about this offer as our last sales person is now in finance. Someone dropped the ball on this one. All is well however.
My husband and I stopped by to simply look at cars. We were greeted by someone outside and the next thing we knew we were inside & buying a car. The process was made so easy and painless. We were greatly appreciative.
