We never felt pressured during the entire process and felt as though our sales associate was honest and up front. I also really appreciate that Chapman doesn't send out the dealership manager to "work" the deal.

This was the 4th car we leased from Renate Steinbach and she is simply excellent. Extremely efficient with incredible customer service. We started working with Renate when you were located in Scottsdale, but now make the drive to Chandler in order to be able to continue to work with Renate.
Jennifer Sutton and all the other people associated with Chapman BMW have been simply wonderful. As a 24/7 caregiver to my wife who suffers from the many challenges of Parkinsons Disease, I was particularly impressed with the compassion, patience, and kindness in the way were treated. I had a great experience with this dealership . Jeff was one of the Most knowledageable , kind , professional person I have ever worked with . Everything was done extremely well and I Drove all the way from North Scottsdale and I always will Buy cars from this place and Jeff. He is super nice .
Excellent service, went way beyond my expectations. Our salesman (JJ) even brought a car to my house for a test drive as the car that I wanted was at another dealership when I was there. The whole process was quick and easy and I got a very fair price. I would highly recommend Chapman Chandler.
