Begining from the dealership facilities, Friendly staff, Detailed information and test drive by John Markely, Follow up for sales, Lease offer and nagotiation, Finance paperwork and delivary of the car.... Everything was wonderful. By far the best Car buying experience I had till date... Definately will recommend Chapman and John to somebody thinking to buy Beamer.. Alexander is a very competent and knowledgeable about the BMW products. He is up front and honest and was a pleasure to deal with. After our sale was completed he spent well over an hour going over all of the various features of the car and setting up the software to our preferences.

The sales rep john was extremely friendly and knowledgeable he was the first one to greet me he was an excellent listener when i was telling him what kind of car i was interested it.. Before leaving the dealership he made sure to explain all of the buttons and features of the car that showed that he had a lot of passion and drive in his position which is hard to come across these days..i also like that during my interaction with me he was relaxed and did not make me feel pressured like the typical competitor dealerships.

This is our 3rd BMW but our first time at Chapman BMW. Our experience up to this point had been very good. There is no pressure at BMW and none of that " let me go talk to my manager" stuff. My husband and I were pretty sure going into Chapman we would have another very good experience but we didn't. We had a GREAT experience ( never thought the day would come when I would say that about buying a car). I like you business. I feel that I got a quality care at a fair price. The sales person was very helpful. I would like a little more training on the features of the car. I didn't get a second key, and when I washed the car yesterday, I noticed bubbling of the chrome on the grill.

This has to be the best car buying experiences I have had. From the time we walked into the dealership until we drove away, the people in the show room and Jeff could not have been nicer. When we first entered Jeff offered use something cold to drink and then while he was away from his desk, one of the other sales people saw us waiting and came over and again offered us something cold to drink. We could not have been more impressed with Jeff, Jim Misner or your entire staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Jim

First time at Champman BMW, Ryan Morgan was well educated on the car in question. Did not feel pressured to purchase and they were willing to work with my budget. This experience was different from any other that I have had, in a great way. Ryan exceeded expectations and General Sales Manager Rich Yang was very open and honest about the X3 we were looking at. Would not hesitate to recommend Ryan and this dealership.

I have purchased a bmw from Don King before when he worked at McDowell and he did a GREAT JOB then and did a GREAT JOB this time. I would recommend any friend or family member to purchase a car from Chapman Bmw thru Don King. Don has a incredible personality and a wonderful way with people. Chapman Bmw is very lucky to have a person with Don's class, experience and reputation working for them. Thank You Also the wonderful lady who did the final paper work with me did a great job.
