Jeff was very easy to work with! He moved things along quickly and efficiently and found me exactly the car I was looking for. Bob the sales manager was very exceptional to work with also. I would, definately, return to Chapman for my next car and would enjoy dealing with Jeff and Bob, again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend my friends to Chapman.

After we checked Audi dealership in Chandler, we feel disappointed. When we drove cross the street end at Chapman, it likes day and night comparing to Audi's. We had very good impression for Chapman VW at Scottsdale 5 years ago. It is still the same as before here at Chapman BMW, salesmen are professional, honest. This is my third BMW. The main reason I come back besides the great cars, is the great service. Everyone I've come into contact withis wonderful. John and Megan were great. From the phone call I placed to ask for directions to driving the vehicle home, each step during the day was exceptional. Ryan was extremely professional, knowledegable, helpful, friendly, engaging and more than fair when making the deal work. He went way above and beyond and quite honestly, it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Ryan was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and professional. I have not purchased a used vehicle in over 20 years and the car was so clean it looked brand new. I purchased the vehicle for my teenage son and we are both very happy. The car looks great and runs great. I will recommend Ryan and the dealership to all my co-workers and friends.

Jimmy was AWESOME! Took extra time to help me understand the process and the car. No pressure, very professional and I would certainly recommend him to anyone I knew. Got my old car washed for me, took care of my Sirius subscription. Very nice overall.

Bruce was a very good, professional, and understanding salesman. Immediately upon arriving at Chapman BMW, he made me and my parents comfortable to be there. This was particuarly in stark contrast from my experience, just moments earlier, at another dealership just done the street from Chapman BMW. At that dealership, my parents and I waited over 15 minutes until someone asked if we needed any assistance, and even then, they stated that someone would be with us shortly.
