When I visited the Chandler BMW service center every one went out of their way to be helpful. My 88 year old mother was with me and the sales people treated her very kind and courteous. A salesperson offered her a cup of tea and even made it for her while she waited. I also found the showroom as well as the ladies room to be very clean. This made the wait for my car seem much shorter than it actually was. All I can say is kudos to the Chandler BMW sales and service team. Marcia Norman

Always a great experience when visiting the Chapman Dealership (Chandler location) and working with David. Now all we need to have is a 2011 750 on sale (coming off a lease) for less than $40K. :-)
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mike was a pleasure to work with and not pushy like so many car salesman. I would recommend anyone buying a car to use your dealership.
We did most of the negotiating via email and Ryan Dorfman helped us every step of the way. Ryan was knowledgeable, responsive and competant and was a joy to work with. We feel we got a great deal on our 2014 528 i and couldn't be happier. Overall it was a simple, non- stressful experience. We would highly recommend Chapman BMW to anyone!
I have always had great service experiences with Kris Mason. Every time I go to the dealership I'm treated well like a loyal BMW customer. I have not had any bad experiences with this dealership. Kris in service has been extremely helpful for any little things I needed and answered all of my questions in detail. Kenneth, was awesome from start to finish! Ken, explained my contract to me in great detail, explained the BMW select program, and obtained me the best monthly payment/interest rate. I was very impressed with his knowledge of finance and his sales experience. Ken, did not hassel me, nor did we have to go back and forth to close the deal. Two years ago, I acquired my very first BMW. Jimmy Giese helped me get into a 2011 base model 328i sedan. Although this car did have navigation, there were really no other optional features that I find desirable.
