This is now my 3rd BMW from this dealership and they make you feel so special - Pablo was amazing and so much fun to work with and Dolan gave me options that I wasnt looking at in order to find the best car for me for the price I was paying, which I think is wonderful! I love these guys and tell everyone to get their BMW's from them. Cant wait for the next go around in 3 years!!

The sales agent was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I received very good servece and answered all the questions I had. He was very professional. I received a fair treatment and the price was reasonable. I have a positive experience regarding the purchase of my vehicle at BMW of Riverside. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Had to take my BMW Active E in for service. John Horgan was excellent in his service, knowledge of the car and the service required, and his follow-up. The best dealer service experience I have ever had with any car! I highly recommend this dealer.

I was selected to lease the BMW Active E, which is a 100% electric BMW. It is a field test car with only 700 cars being leased in the U.S. it took nearly 11 weeks to get the car, and throughout that time, Roland Clark was very helpful and attentive. When I took delivery of the car, I met Pablo and he was excellent. I got an email from these guys about their 'Insane Pricing' deals thru March (they had the 328i on lease $189!!) Went in y'day to trade my X5 in for a newer car in any BMW model - My heart was still set on the x5 cuz I'm used to the space, but then hubby & I liked the 335i too, so we went in to survey the 'insane' pricing on the 335. My husband and I went looking for a new car and fell in love with the 128I sports convertible. We were shown by our Brenner O'Brien team everything about the car, was taken for a test drive, and sold a car with great grace. They were wonderful and our experience was fantastic. No monking around, just the truth! I would return to BMW of Riverside and the Brenner O'Brien team when we are ready to trade in and buy another car. I had come to know about about Riverside BMW from a mutual friend who just bought a new 535I from Riverside BMW. This personal Friend spent about 3 to 4 wks calling around to different dealerships in the area for the best possible deal he could find and the guys at BMW riverside were the most aggressive and agreeable to deal with after his findings.
