This was, without exception, the best purchase experience we have ever had. The sales staff was excellant, the transaction was smooth & fast, the additional requests, chrome wheels & window tint, were handled immediately. I would highly recommend this dealership to my family & friends without reservation. Don Hutton & Pablo Hojberg were very professional, extremely couteous, handled all our requests without hesitation & made us feel very comfortable.
From the minute I walked in, I knew that I would leave as a satisfied customer and I did. I left with the car of my dreams and excellent service to brag about.
The dealership was wonderful to me. A nice gentleman name Larry (lawrence) Olson assisted me. He was not pushy; yet he was friendly. I ended up driving away with a great 2009 128i convertible in which I never thought I could. He gave we a great deal and worked with me trading in my old BMW. We have purchased several cars from BMW of Riverside. Our most recent being a new 2012 X3 that we just picked up this week. This dealership is great! We had an excellent experience. We got the car we wanted, and I believe a very fair deal. When we picked up the car, he helped us get all the special features set and explained and encouraged us to call if we had any questions. So,I called when I had trouble fueling the car. It turns out that if the gas station has a nozzle that is bent from being dropped etc. it won't go in. I called and he had the answer for me,turn/rotate the nozzle slightly and it slips right in! Saved me! Thank you!
I traded in my 2008 BMW X5 for a new 2012 X5 at Riverside BMW. Although I lost quite a bit on my trade in value, I am very pleased with the newer model. Our salesperson, Joe Garcia, was very helpful during the process. It was late in the evening, but I did not feel rushed or pressured. He took his time and explained everything, and even found us boxes to transfer the junk from our older model to the newer one.
