I have been buying cars for 31 years and this was the BEST car buying experience I have EVER had. Why: Pablo's hands on experience, the fact that he did not UP selling me on a car I did not want or need, to Jim Hutton's ability to work a deal that made sense for my family. I highly reccomend BMW of Riverside, ask for Pablo, and get a great deal on the best car on the road today.

THE REASON WHY WE GIVE THE ABOVE RATING IS BECAUSE BMW OF RIVERSIDE WAS EXCELLENT INCLUDING IT'S STAFF, MOST OF ALL WAS OUR SALES MAN PABLO HOJBERG HE PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE AND WALKED US THROUGH EVERYTHING I DIDNT THINK BUYING A NEW CAR WAS SO EASY HE MADE IT QUICK AND WAS VERY HELP AND EXPLAINED THE WHOLE PROCESS .. I shopped multiple BMW dealerships before choosing BMW Riverside. In essence, BMW's are BMW's. Sure the prices and options differ slightly, but its people that made the biggest difference in my mind. I worked with Roland Clark throughout the shopping and sales process. He was highly responsive, up front and honest to the letter, and just a joy to work with. The sales rep was FANTASTIC! Pablo will take care of you because he has the heart to help and not to sell. Same goes for Ted and C.C. When you meet the three of them you will always want to go back every time you decide to purchase a new vehicle. BMW of Riverside is the best place to get your bmw. The people there will always make you smile.

Great experience. Stright forward negotiations. No hassle at all. Deal made in less than 15 min. Transaction in about the same time. Roland in internet sales is superb. Friendly, not overbearing, informative and straight shooter. If you are buying a BMW in So Cal I would contact him. You will not be disappointed.

I actually had purchased my X5 from BMW of Riverside in August of '09, but that sales experience was excellent. Larry Winkler worked with me to special order a car that had the options that I wanted, rather than just trying to stuff me into something that they had in stock. They didn't even require a deposit from me, and the price they gave me was extremely competitive.
