I had a great experience with BMW of Riverside! Mark Decker was great in taking the time to really show me the car and all of the cars features, making my decision on choosing BMW from their competitors a lot easier. He provided me with a great experience and made me feel like I am now apart of the BMW of Riverside family.
Service was impeccable. Pablo worked throught the holiday weekend to find me the exact car I was looking for. I purchased a 2012 X5M for a great price, much less than any other dealer quoted. there were no games and the car was nicely detailed and ready to go when I showed up to purchase. I will only by BMW's from Pablo and will refer all my family and friends.

In our recent purchase of our X5, we contacted several BMW dealers. What eventually brought us to Riverside which is 50 miles away from our home is their excellent service and their friendless to customers' concerns and questions. We were offered a free pickup service since we live so far away and don't have to drive two cars on the way back. Recent travels brought me to Riverside, CA for a week or so. Knowing a BMW 3 Series was an upcoming purchase, I stopped by the local dealership, just to look - at first.
