This dealer is located over 100 miles from my home, but we consistently return here to purchase our vehicles and for major service to our vehicles, despite the fact we live within 5 miles of Valencia BMW. We have purchased or leased 9 vehicles from this dealer and continue to refer them to friends and family.
My mom bought a new X3 from Riverside BMW last year. We dealt with Steve in sales. He is friendly, and a pretty good salesman, but some of the other sales staff acted a bit arrogant, but you can probably find this at just about any German car dealership, excluding VW. In the end, the overall experience met my standards, and nobody got screwed. My vehicle was involved in an accident and the car was sent to the dealer for mechanical and electrical repairs. My first experience with this dealer wasnt very good. However, my second experience was much better. I again dealt with the service manager, John. He was very helpful in dealing with the insurance company and he provided excellent customer service and kept me informed as to what was being done to my car. Based on this experience, I would recommend this service facility.
The service Dept has hit ROCK bottom..They need people that actually know what they are doing . After The totaled My vehicle Jan 2021 & taking very little responsibility!!! You'd think they treat us better !! No more going there were absolutely done. TOODLES

"mislead by service tech/charged 201.50 for 2 pictures" You'll notice most of the positive reviews are for the sales department. Their service department is a different story. I would avoid taking your BMW to this dealer for service like the plague particularly if you have an older vehicle.IMHO I was quoted $201.50 to charge my A/C system and diagnose problems.
