Just like any other dealership, you'll have to prepare yourself and set aside at least a few hours. Unlike others, Alexander BMW was very professional, accommodating, and patient. They are willing to work with you to make the deal happen. Walter was a very good salesman, and I appreciated working with him. And hey, they said they couldn't go any lower on pricing, but they did. I might just go back here again.

John Daly was an amazing sales person. He was very trustworthy, calm ,cool and collective. I would highly recommend anyone to see John for purchasing a vehicle. He was very accommodating and does not pressure or haggle with his clients.

Walter was great, he was very helpful and responsive. He helped me finance my first car and was very helpful in finding me a deal within my comfort zone. He also took the time to go over some features on the car even though it was late and had everything ready for me when I showed up to the dealer as we worked everything out over the phone.
Working with John was the best experience ever! Very professional and listened to everything we were interested in.
