"A Great Experience" John Brugaletta took care of my needs when I brought in my car for servicing. He was attentive to any special requests and followed through on all that I asked. My car was only in for an oil change and minor servicing but I was treated like I was spending tons of money instead of a bit over a hundred. This type of customer care was greatly appreciated and valued by me. Thank you John

"Knowledgeable and Efficient " I had a great experience leasing my new BMW X2. Lori Asserson assisted me in reviewing several alternative vehicles giving me her full attention. Once my vehicle was selected we completed the entire process of turning in my old vehicle and leasing my new vehicle within a little over an hour!

"great service technician - but not overall great service" Great service experience with John Brugaletta ( he was great) - but when I got my car back there were stains on the factory mats and I asked if they could be cleaned and I was told no!!!

"Great service" Had my break pads replaced under the maintenance warranty. Drop off and loaner went smooth. Work was done within 24 hours. Very happy with the service !

"Terrific Service" Cameron was awesome. Very friendly and courteous and professional. Addressed my concerns. Kept me informed of the progress on my car. He understood what a crazy day I was having and how I needed a loaner and he worked his magic!
