I purchased a BMW from Lori Asserson nearly 2 years ago. When it was time for another, I knew who I had to call. She is passionate about the brand and about cars in general. Ask her what she drives. :) Buying a car can be stressful for most people. You want someone who knows what they're doing and will fight for you. Lori, along with James Porrazzo (Manager), went out of their way to get me in the right car at the best price. I recommend them both without hesitation.

If you are in the market for a new car...let me save you a lot of time and send you straight to Lori! She was so quick, responsive, and a pleasure to work with! She helped us negotiate a fantastic deal and had me in and out of the dealership right away. So happy I met her and went with the perfect 320xi

Lori Asserson is a fair and trustworthy salesperson. Sometimes, it's hard to find that. Lori will fight for you and find the best deal AND the perfect car just for you. There are no pulling punches with Lori - what you see is what you get. You can't ask for anything better than that!

This is probably the 5th car I get from Lori in over two decades, but it sometimes takes stepping aside once to realize what you get with her. I was unfaithful, 4 years ago, to BMW/Prestige/Lori and went for an Audi 3 Cabriolet which I hated every minute I owned it. Not only the car, also everybody associated with it. As a customer of Prestige Motors for years, I have never experienced anyone like Lori. From the moment we met back in the fall, she has stopped at nothing to be sure the best deal possible was made. She acknowledged the previous poor experiences I've had within the Prestige Motor family, that had nothing to do with herself or BMW and made sure that she went above and beyond to make up for that. Gregg is terrific !! . Great product knowledge on all BMW models. He is a great listener and that is rare for many sales people. All of my concerns were discussed in detail. He followed the entire sales process through to the end. I will be sending friends and family to Gregg !

As always, Anna goes above and beyond to ensure that the service is performed to my satisfaction. She is the main reason I drive 20+ miles to have my BMW serviced at Prestige when I could easily go to the BMW dealer in my town (2.5 miles away) or another dealership which is only 8 miles away. In addition, the shop foreman, Chris Rey, is always super-helpful and willing to go on a road test with you so you can point out any problems you may be experiencing.
