Fast to the point very professional and courteous. answered all my questions the only issue I had was the 25.00 gift card I was told I would receive when I road-tested a five series bmw . I never received it from the girl at the desk.

This is our fourth Prestige BMW vehicle purchase. That should be enough praise from us to explain our experience in this BMW dealership. I just completed my fourth automobile experience at Prestige BMW in Ramsey, NJ. It was my first lease, the rest being purchases. In each one, the salesperson catered to my needs, not those of the dealership. I was made to feel, rightly so, that I was the most important person in the process. Everything was very smooth in purchasing a car. They were very accommodating and met my needs and expectations better than I could have anticipated. Rob Didomenico found the perfect car for me at a price that I was willing to pay. Dwayne Wong was terrific in helping orient both my wife and myself to the car. All aspects of the purchase met or exceeded my expectations, and the problem for them, they are setting a high standard for what I will expect during service visits.

I never write reviews,do surveys or even register items purchased...yes, I am one of those people. My purchases do all the talking, if I need something again and You delivered, I'll be back.
