I can't say enough great things about Lori! Not only was she honest, efficient, and personable but she made my BMW dreams come true! The day before my husband and I went to a different BMW dealership and they couldn't get us the in the color and trim of the BMW that we wanted. The next day we stopped at Prestige on our way to another car dealership and Lori made it happen. I honestly am so happy with her and the entire staff at Prestige. I will be recommending her to all my family members and friends.

I had one of the best car buying experiences ever with Prestige BMW. Besides their inventory for both new and certified pre-owned being top notch, their customer service also meets the higest expectation! I've been buying cars for 30 years, and BMWs for 20 years. I came back to Prestige after spending nearly 20 years at other perfectly fine BMW dealers. I started getting my leased BMW's from Lori when I was just 25 (3 series) and just picked up my brand new M4 convertible last night. Lori absolutely makes all the difference in car buying that I would never go anywhere else. She hunted down a specific build that is very hard to find and made sure I was completely happy and satisfied with it, attention to detail and great person. Getting a new car can be exciting and overwhelming at the same time, but the staff at Prestige BMW were all very helpful in making this acquisition and transition a relatively smooth one. Pedro, our sales manager was very helpful in not only getting us the best deal on the car but coordinating the financing and pickup of our new vehicle. If you're looking for a BMW, you MUST see Lori. Best salesperson I have ever dealt with. I live in Long Island and it's definitely worth coming here even though out-of state.
