Came in on a Saturday night with my husband and 3 kids to see what Prestige BMW had to offer for our family. I've been a customer with BMW for 10+ years. I Had a x5 and wanted to get a upgrade. We usually dealt with BMW of Tenafly but wanted to try out Prestige BMW of Ramsey. Tiffany Stevens was our Sales associate. She was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Dwayne was great. He is so on top of these cars. He explained everything in the auto to me and was very patient. Customer Service truly comes first at Prestige BMW. Tim is so very pleasant and is a true professional. He is a great Salesman to deal with. If I buy another BMW, I would love to work with both of them again.
