Prestige has the science of customer service nailed down for all the aspects of making a car purchase. From sales to delivery everyone knows their job, knows the product, and stayed with me until I was comfortable to move thru the next step of the process.

Tomasz was an amazing sales rep to work with. He went above and beyond to get my problems fixed, unfortunately they were out of his hands. He was available to phone and text and I am happy to have someone that will listen to the customer.

From start to finish, Lori, was simply amazing. Personable, knowledable, and attentive. She made the car buying experience a complete pleasure, when I usually dread having to go buy a new car. Everyone knows buying a car can be tiring and stressful. After spending two weeks looking for cars dealing with 5-6 different dealerships I arrived at Prestige BMW and was treated great. This was my last stop after a long Saturday bouncing around different dealerships and I wasn't expecting much after spending all day being taken through the paces at other dealerships. Purchased a pre-owned 650 convertible with x-drive. Gave me a very fair price for my trade-in and a very fair price on the 650. Fixed an issue on the 650 with ease and grace. They really strive to make the buying experience a pleasant one, and they certainly make sure you are completely satisfied.
