My recent visit at Prestige BMW was very pleasant. My service advisor was Christopher Sampieri (I am not sure why he is not listed in the employee list), and I have to say he is in my top 3 service advisor list. He was so kind and considerate. I went in for my headlight auto leveling system fault and oil change. My headlight problem is unresolved due to the cost and since this is an impact damage my insurance may cover it so I will run it through my insurance. Known Lori for a over a decade and the experience continues to be fabulous. She listens to what I need exactly and does her best to get me into a vehicle that meet those needs every time. She is a trustworthy sales person and her service level ensures I keep going back to Prestige for all my car needs. Picked up my M2 yesterday. As usual Lori Asserson left nothing to chance. I have traveled 100 mile round trip and it was worth it. She is the BEST and the dealership is terrific. There are several dealers between my home and Prestige, but I still make the trip, Dwayne the Genius did a great job setting me up.

Had the pleasure of recently working with Mark Rosenblatt on the purchase of an M car. Extremely professional, very friendly, provided frequent updates on the status of my order and delivery. Honestly, you could not have done a better job as a BMW Client Advisor, and he's a big reason I would come back and order another BMW from Prestige. The entire staff was courteous, friendly and very helpfu. I observed that all the staff were so pleasant to all customers and towards each other,demonstrating such cohesiveness and a warm and friendly environment. Lori Asserson is the most professional and genuine associate at Prestige. She goes out of her way to please the customer and works to make every customer extremely satisfied and happy. We have bought several BMW cars from her and wouldn't think of going any where else. We are truly impressed with the entire staff at Prestige and and always feel like family!
