Just drove out with my new X1, leased from Prestige BMW in Ramsey NJ. I have been leasing for about 20 years, and this was the first time I can report a truly pleasant experience. The service I received during my most recently scheduled maintenance appt. was truly exceptional. And, I truly have my service advisor, Christopher Sampieri to thank for that. Always nice to be at PRESTIGE BMW. Very professional staff who really put customers needs before all else. Duanne did a great job at explaining all the things that I needed to know. He assured me I could call him with any questions I have. A very patient man!! Michael, our salesman, went over and above to accommodate us. He did all he could to get us the best deal possible. From the very diligent financial person to the people who work in the service department, you will never be sorry you bought your BMW AT THIS DEALERSHIP.

Rob was great and made the whole process easy. The paperworks was straightforward and clear, unlike other dealers I have dealt with. We were expecting a lot of hard sell with the extra additions to the lease but there was none. They let us choose. In addition, the trade in with our old lease was handled seamlessly. I would recommend Rob as a no nonsense and easy to deal with car salesman.

I purchased two cars recently from Prestige BMW and Rocco Chiusano and both experiences were nothing short of perfect. Rocco worked hard to ensure I left the dealership happy and driving my dream car. He was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and patient. Rocco is an amazing sales person. He has in-depth knowledge of the cars he sells, is very polite, respectful and no nonsense. He absolutely goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I would highly recommend you ask for Rocco if you go the Prestige BMW.

We recently moved back to the area from out of state and headed directly to Prestige BMW to lease my new vehicle. Everyone, especially Lori, was an absolute pleasure to work with, professional in every way, and treated us like family.
