Excellent follow up and communication and they make you feel like you are the most important customer in the world. They always follow up and communicate every step of the process. From the salesman Mark Rosenblatt to the sales manager, Fernando Cequeira to make the deal happen, James Porrazzo in the business office , Dwayne Wong on delivery everyone is terrific and this is why we keep coming back! We will miss Jeff Cicero in service who only made the department better!

Robert is an absolute delight to deal with. One of the best at Prestige BMW. My experience with Robert was total satisfaction from beginning to end. I highly recommend anyone to please visit Robert if you are interested in purchasing a BMW. I have been going to Prestige BMW for over 10 years now. The reason I'm finally writing this review is because of the new sales advisor I was assigned after my other advisor retired. Since day 1 of walking into Prestige years ago I was treated as a valued customer. My husband and I were going in to buy our second X3 BMW. We had worked with Maximo Carela whom was amazing to work with. He worked for awhile with us trying to find us the vehicle that we had requested. I had leased a 2014 X3 for three years and because the service was great and the dealership was very good it brought us back to purchase yet another BMW. Rocco is great. His service and attention to detail was phenomenal from beginning to end. He takes the time to understand his customer and then works with them at a client level pace to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible. I would definitely recommend working with Rocco.

The customer service is exceptional. John C, very new to car sales, was amazing and attentive. It wasn't about seeing a car. It was about understanding the car and features that you want. We test drove several cars and bought the one that we wanted. Everyone was truly helpful, professional and courteous. We will be back!

Stopped into Prestige to comparison shop CPO 528i's and Rocco was very helpful and I would highly recommend him. Unfortunately they didn't have the car I was looking for but I was impressed by the dealership and with the assistance that Rocco provided.
