Sales and sales manger great buying experience. I had leak in my tire after two weeks of owning Car, they were so nice they not only fixed it put replaced with new tire. I have leased many cars In past and I don't think any dealership would have replaced tire at no charge.

Terrific buying experience from the initial sales contact through they financial process to delivery. Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable and professional. especially Richard Ortiz and Mark Ellwanger, both exceptional.

While everyone we dealt with at Prestige BMW was friendly, courteous, and efficient, Lori Asserson is the real reason we ended up leasing our vehicle from Prestige. Michael Lebron was friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable, passionate, and up-front about the different BMW models. He steered me to a model that was within my price range and included all the bells and whistles I asked for. I would highly recommend Michael if you choose to go to Prestige BMW.

I do believe this is the ninth BMW that I have purchased from Prestige, and as always, the transaction was completed with the consummate professionalism and dedication to consumer service that I have grown to expect from Prestige. Alex from the beginning on the sale side and Mark smoothing the way on both insurance and the paperwork, are both role models for BMW in how to make a customer happy. I purchased Z4, and recognized a few issues. I related the findings to General Sales Manager Fernando. He immediately took initiatives to resolve the issues at his personal level, then Service Manager Jeff Cicero worked diligently to resolve every concern. They were very informative throughout the process and kept their customer's in-loop. Furthermore they continue to provide and to strive the excellence for their customers. The people that work here are very helpful. They made me feel like I got the best deal possible and I will defiantly go back !
