Max Carla was a great sales guy with a personality to match. I came into Prestige with a certain payment in mind and Max made it happen. Everyone at Prestige was professional, courtious, and went out of their way to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I'll def be back and I'll be sure to recommend Max to my friends and family.
Max was fantastic patient knowledgable and very flexible. We went to park avenue bmw and the lady there Heather was awful. Max was wonderful and really knew a lot about the car. Did not try to rush or push us. I would recommend prestige over park Avenue any day. You won't be sorry spending time with Max and buying a car from him. Right from get go i knew i've found my man. Mr Max as my daughter used to call him made my car buying experience enjoyable. We told him on the phone the type of car we were looking for. He told us he has two cars that fit our description however, only one is at the lot the other one will be there a day later. Mark Rosenblatt the salesman was terrific to deal with, test drove multiple cars never felt pressured to do a deal. Once I decided what I wanted everything went smooth and easy. Also dealt with Mark Ellwanger at financing and he was terrific as well, he described multiple protection packages but never pushed any on me.
