My wife and I are expecting our first child and it was time to trade in the convertible for a used BMW X3 I saw online. When we got the dealership the car was not on location yet. Our client adviser Rocco was willing to evaluate our trade-in and give us fair market value for it. We decided to leave a FULLY REFUNDABLE deposit and would return to see car the next day.
