We went to Prestige BMW to trade-in our 2010 X3 and replace our 2011 335i. Our salesman, Greg Scott, couldn't have been friendlier and helpful in helping us select the vehicles we eventually purchased. There was no pressure of any kind from Greg; he continually stated that his main goal was to make us happy with the vehicles we selected. He made this experience as pleasurable as possible. We have purchased many cars, many different makes/models, from numerous dealers. We have never had a bad experience, but this was by far, the most pleasurable experience ever. Our salesman Greg was exceptional. The most pleasant person ever. No pressure, listened to what we wanted, and delivered it. He actually made us feel he cared about us and he seems to really enjoy his job and providing excellent customer service. The finance guy was a pretty cool dude too! Very pleasant in every aspect.
