My lease on my X3 was due in September so I had started car shopping to decide whch car I wanted to get. I tested an Infiniti, a Mercees, and an Acura. I have purchases 2 cars from Prestige and both experience from the sales person, finance department, reception area and service center have all been EXCELLENT!! I live in Queens,NY and when I got a flat tire and was not able to go to Prestige in NJ, I took it to a different service center and my experience was not so great, since that experience I enjoy driving all the way to NJ to service my car. My sales representative Richard Ortiz was knowledgable and great to work with, would deifinately call him again in future or send him referrals. Was not pleased so much on negotiating process. Even though it took some time for me to decide on interior color choice of vehicle being purchased, it should have not taken as long as it did for purchase process. I came to have my 328xi for service maintenance and with an appointment with the best sales person in your company. Yes, she's Lori Asserson. I was really planning to terminate my lease early and to get a new one. Because our budget is tight, my wife instructed me just to get the basic X3, no packages.
