My wife and I were in the market for a while, but lead very hectic lifestyles with little time to spare for car shopping. Jim Casella went above and beyond accommodating our every need. The entire transaction took place in our living room, from test drive, to paperwork to delivery. We never step foot in the dealership. This represents the epitome of service. The 650i Gran Coupe ain't too shabby either.

I worked with Maria on two occasions in order to extend the warranty and maintenance plan for our X3. She is friendly and personable and promptly returns messages I left her. I highly recommend working with Maria- she is fantastic!

It has been a pleasure working with the staff of Prestige BMW. From the women at reception, to working with Rocco, Mark in Finance and Dan in Tech support. Rocco's customer service was exceptional and his knowledge of the BMW product line excellent. My overall experience was delightful and have already recommended Rocco and this dealership to others.

Having visited a fair number of dealerships and dealing with quite a few salespeople, I knew pretty much what to expect from them. When I visited Prestige BMW I met Tim Gallagher and was blown away by his attentiveness and no pressure salesmanship. I would not buy a BMW from anybody with the exception of Lori Asserson. The dealership located in Ramsey, New Jersey is approximately 40 miles from my house in Great Neck, New York. I probably pass 2 or 3 dealers to get to Lori and the 40 miles could even take as long as 90 minutes to get to if not longer because of traffic BUT she is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with in over 30 years of buying cars. Lori A. of Prestige is a warm, endearing and personable salesperson. She is a tremendous asset to Prestige and represents them well. Most importantly, however, she is knowledgeable about her product and quickly picks up on what is important to the client that she is dealing with at that point. Lori was great to work with during our recent purchase experience at Prestige. Her no-nonsense approach and excellent communication was very much appreciated .... not only during, but after our sale as well!
