To me Maria represents what I hope to find at a service center provider but rarely do. Someone who cares about her job and your needs and tries to resolve both in a fair and professional manner. The question above about price game me pause because a category is missing - fair. the price is fair. It isn't great, $2,200 isn't great, but it is fair for what's provided. Lori has been my sales person for the last 4 leases and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. She is no nonsense and takes care of every minor detail. It is always such a pleasure to work with her. A seamless delivery. :)

I have purchased probably the first BMW 435i convertible, and while there is hard to find it anywhere in the country, it was made available to us. We now live in Florida, used to be Nj residents sometime ago. The hard work of the manager to accommodate us and the unbelievable effort Lori put in to expedite the papers and the shipment of the car to Florida were just wonderful. My wife and I have owned and/or leased many BMWs over the past 15 years and have dealt with 5 dealerships during that time. Every experience with Lori at Prestige BMW is better than the last. She makes getting a new car enjoyable and stress free. Whether you're looking for a 1 series or a 7 series she doesn't pressure you or try to get you to spend more money. Tim is very friendly and very helpful in helping me buy the CPO 2011 328i xDrive. He is very easy to work with and really think about customer's need. The whole process couldn't be simpler with Tim, and I could see he put effort into it to make that happen. Overall I highly recommend Tim, and I would recommend him to my friends or if I consider changing another car.
