Lori was a great resource throughout the whole process. Very friendly and honest. She was willing to tell me what I need, but didn't push, and she also opined on what features maybe over the top to fit my price range, which was very much appreciated. My only disappointed, although minimal, was not having the rubber mats thrown in, but that was the only "negative" comment I had. From when i walked in the door till i left in my new CPO car, i was happy to work with the people at Prestige. Got a fantastic deal and i am happy with my car. My family had met Lori from previous car purchases and she went above and beyond helping me find the right car for me. From writing the final paper work with Ed Jones and speaking with Dan Jo the delivery specialist who explained everything for me about my car, it was all great experience. I had another great experience with my friend Lori Asserson. I had similar experiences in the past with her through my own purchases/leases as well as through recommending friends to Prestige and to Lori. As long as Lori is around, I know that me and my friends will continue to patronize the services of Prestige. Lori is what makes Prestige as great as it is today. More power and hope Prestige continues to train employees in the "Lori" way!

To say the least, that was my situation. Dan invited me into the dealership understanding that I wasn't the ideal buyer but needed a reliable car at a price I could afford. He went far beyond my expectations and made a deal happen whilst keeping me thoroughly informed about my finance situation. Long story short, I got a great car and FEEL like I got a good deal too! If you are looking to lease or purchase a BMW in NJ or anywhere else in the 50 states, Max is the guy you want to have on your side. A man of his words and truly does not let down his customers. He went the extra mile for me, something that you dont see often these days! I specifically told Max I was talking to other dealers and was looking for a TRUE deal and excellent service. I have purchased multiple BMW's through Prestige BMW and frankly would not go anywhere else! Within a couple of hours, I traded in my car and drove away in a new BMW 328xi - so painless and so much fun! I found Lori Asserson just by logging onto dealer rater prior to my arrival at the dealership. I was doing my homework to look for the most professional and trustworthy BMW salesperson. I cam across Prestige BMW, not too far from the Tappan Zee, and decided to focus on who would be the best salesperson there. They have the right name Prestige I have brought over 8 cars I have never had this high level of trust and service in my life from any dealership even if I put them all together they can't match prestige bmw they really have it right when it comes to relationship trust and service with all their customer's I'm spreading the good word about them
