I have never experienced great customer service from any car dealership as I did at Prestige BMW. I arranged an appointment at Prestige BMW with a sales rep. named Bobby to look for a pre-owned BMW but when I arrived he was assisting another customer. He immediately arranged for me to be helped by another sales rep. named Max Carela, which at other dealerships I was advised to wait for the sales person to finish with the customer. My overall experience was good, the process took very long but Max was great during the whole process. He was very helpful and courteous the whole time. Would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a BMW.
