ON 4/17/14 i went out to start my 2011 328I....to my surprise and dismay the veh had a serious misfire..yesterday it ran great....i called Prestige and spoke to Andrea( i believe that was her name--phone had a bad connection) who gave me the number to have to veh towed in and when i arrive to speak to Mike.....App 2 hours later i arrived at Prestige and spoke to Mike about the issue with the Veh....he looked up my name and i was allready put into the system...which was cool because he knew i was coming and the loaner car i r... read more

Jeff Cicero was my service center rep in Manhattan NYC over a decade ago. So when he handed me his card, I looked up my contacts on my I-phone and there he was from over a decade ago. There is a reason why I kept his contact. He is the best service representative I had back then and I have him again. Jeff was very thorough. I came prepared with issues. One of the best car salesman I have ever worked with. Professional, sincere, knowledgeable, honest, no pressure. If you are buying a BMW, be sure to ask for Frank at Prestige BMW. He's the best! if Frank is not available, ask for Jim Casella, also a great guy and a car salesman you can actually trust.

I was so impressed with the quality of service I received when leasing and picking up my new car. My sales person, Mike Rossi, was very knowledgeable and worked extremely hard to earn my business by addressing my needs.
