This is the 4th car I have leased from Prestige BMW, and the third working with Lori Asserson. Lori is a true professional who has always had my best interest in mind when it came to getting me a great car at a great price. She is always honest, and works on behalf to get the best deal possible. This was my 5th BMW and never gone to Prestige but had a good experience getting my father-in-law a Lexus at their other dealership and they had a car spec'ed the way I wanted it. Frank is a rare guy: a gentleman, no BS and delivers what he promises, worked the process for me, got it done to my complete satisfaction and quickly...would recommend to anyone serious about buying or leasing in the area...was well worth the short trip from Westchester.
I have worked with Lori asserson for my past five bmw's. I always find her to be courteous and have always felt like I was given a very fair price. I would highly recommend her to all my friends. We will see her again in three years.
Luis was a pleasure to work with. I test drove a number of different models and he was patient and answered all questions. I'd highly recommend him and the Prestige dealership.
My experience at Prestige BMW seems to only get better. This is my second BMW from Prestige. Luis was really a pleasure to work with. He was courteous, honest, direct and actually returned my calls when he said he would. I almost wish I had something negative to say to make this review more believable but I truly don't. If you need a BMW at a great price go to Prestige and make sure uou ask for Luis.
Luis was a pleasure to work with. I worked with Luis to find a car that I was interested in. Several days later I called and told him I wanted the car but needed to complete transaction that evening. With minimal warning Luis was able to put everything together (even stayed after closing) and I drove out in my car that night.
Louis was an excellent sales representative! He was knowledgeable and friendly and made purchasing my new car a pleasant experience. I would recommend Louis at prestige BMW to friends and family.
Tony was great!! I wanted a color that wasn't available in the BMW "package" -- Tony made it happen. I wanted an interior trim that wasn't available in the BMW "package" -- Tony made it happen. I wanted this, I wanted that -- Tony made it happen. Through the entire process it seemed like Tony was "on my team", which is a very rare thing when purchasing a new car.
