We came to Prestige BMW to purchase a BMW at a price that was good for our budget. Frank Salzano came over to help us. He was excellent at helping us reach a deal and stick within our budget. We had our 2 young children with us which was quite stressful. Went to see an X5 posted an Autotrader and was greeted by Lance Aiello, who helped me ultimately purchase the vehicle that same day. He was very knowledgeable, curteous and extremely helpful. He even brought the car over personally to my house as I had rented a car to go see it and had no way of dricing back both cars. I am extremely satisfied with the experience and specifically with Lance and I recommend highly the dealership and especially to deal with Lance directly.
