My wife and I stopped in at prestige bmw used. Lance had responded to an email inquiry. He did a fantastic job showing us cars that we were interested in and did a very good job putting together financing with Danny that worked for us. This was our first bmw purchase and we will definitely be back to prestige in the future because of lance. We can buy a bmw at any dealership but the customer service is the reason we purchased this car at prestige and we will be back in the future.

Prestige holds true to its name simply put! I traded in my 1 series recently for an Acura MDX. We needed a 7 passenger SUV and within the budget. The BMW client advisor was willing to go above and beyond to get me into the vehicle of my choice. He went so far as to locate a vehicle not on the premises in order to get me my preferred vehicle. My time spent with my client advisor was less intimidating than I expected. Rather, he was courteous and understanding, I felt as though I not only left with a new car, but a friend as well.
