After realizing that we had a bit of a bumpy start with our last lease at Prestige, Steve Grossman and Greg Isola made sure that they made up for it by taking care of us and giving us an incredible deal that was so good it was impossible to refuse. Not only did they make everything right, they went above and beyond and put us in a really beautiful vehicle.
There aren't many salespeople who have the unquestioned loyalty of their customers like Lori Asserson. I just concluded my 4th lease with Lori, and this experience was as pleasant and rewarding as all the others. This was my second new car lease with Prestige BMW. I had previously purchased vehicles from other BMW dealers but was frequently "upside down" on the deal when it came it came time to trade in the vehicle because of excessive mileage. When I went to Prestige, Lori worked with me to get me into a new BMW with a high mileage lease (never new it existed!) and since then I insist on working with Lori because she is extremely knowledgeable, honest, comforting, customer oriented and frankly, a nice person to be around!
I was really surprised when this dealership had the very (previously owned) car I was looking for and had taken extreme care to make it so clean it was almost better than new! Mr. Lance Aiello was extremely attentive, friendly, and took 2 hours out of his day to drive the car to my own mechanic for it to be checked out prior to my purchase.
