I've now purchased two cars from Erik Valentin at BMW. He is simply the best person i've ever worked with in the car business. Extremely attentive, responsive and helpful, and the 'sale' doesn't end when you leave the lot -- Erik periodically checks in to see how things are going, etc. Most recently, i suggested my mother to him and he handled her perfectly -- she felt like she was working with a friend. Prestige does a very good job, and Erik is amazing. Use them, and pick him!
I went to Prestige and actually visited a number of their showrooms in Ramsey NJ upon the recommendation of a friend. All of the people I met there were first class. Overall the experience was satisfactory. They had me waiting longer than usual, and I have purchased many upscale vehicles in the past. However, the staff was friendly and attentive. My sales person Luis also did ok. I say ok because he had me waiting for too long after all the paperwork was completed. Also he promise me a nice low monthly payment which was not true when all was finalize.

Erik Valentin helped my wife and I to choose right cars for the very reasonable price. Service was incredible fast and just to the point. I had problems with my 2013 X3. I was offered a trade assist which resulted in me taking a 2013 X5. With the help of the Mr Grossman (Director of Sales and Marketing) and the superb service and help of Erik Valentin I built the desired X5 and within two weeks picked up my new car. I have to say that the way this dealership treated me makes me recommend it to all my friends.
Erik and everyone at Prestige BMW have gone above and beyond to see that we were happy with our purchase. They gave us great deal on a year old X5! They go out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer and they listen to you and take care of any problems you have. The service doesn't end once you buy your vehicle and walk out the door. They do everything they can to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Overall it was a pretty good experience...a friendly, clean, professional well run dealership...the only reason why it wasn't perfect is because there was not enough proper personal to finalize the payment/paperwork transaction which kept me waiting for over an hour...Greg S. Polsky
