Why? Because Kelly along with Tony were always there to help me and my X5 regardless what I needed. Kelly was exceptionally kind and always went out of her way to solve the problems I had with my car. I've had many new cars in my lifetime, and never was I treated as well. Congratulations BMW, you have two very fine employees.
The experience we had at Prestige BMW was wonderful. Each and every person we dealt with was professional, helpful and willing to do whatever needed to be done to help us through the process of becoming comfortable and familiar with our new car. Beyond the day we were there, the follow up by not just one, but by many of the people we dealt with was amazing. The feeling of "We are here to help you at any time" was conveyed again and again. Lance was so extremely patient with me. I was looking for that special BMW and he stuck it out with me for Months . I never once felt any pressure or frustration on his part .
