My sales advisor is Lori Asserson. She is a true professional. She has a great ability to communicate with the consumer. She knows her product. She is very informative and thorough when demonstrating the car. She also makes sure you are comfortable before, during, and after the sale. She is also the only sales person that follows up with the buyer. And, I can call her anytime if I have a question. This is my second purchase from Prestige BMW. Lori Asserson has my business for life.

I had a great experience with Erik,he showed me a couple of cars and had no problem with me taking my time in my decison. It didn't take him too long to figure out I wanted a nice elegant yet fast car when I purchased my 335i coupe with Dinan. Erik worked with me and his patience was greatly appreciated.
Erik handled our entire sales process from start to finish. He took the time to understand our needs, quickly assessed them and presented options. His follow up coupled with his prompt responsiveness was impressive in it of itself and his knowledge, professionalism and kind demeanor made for an extremely pleasant experience.
